We want you to be completely satisfied with your Camo Cross Outdoors purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with any original tags or packaging.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’re happy to help with an exchange when inventory is available. Items being exchanged must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Customized, personalized, or specially made-to-order products are final sale unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the issue. If the error is ours, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns or size exchanges unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled by Camo Cross Outdoors. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards, clearance items marked “Final Sale,” customized products, and worn or washed merchandise cannot be returned.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they enter production or fulfillment. Once an order has entered production, been customized, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
